The Auburn Depot Amenities Upgrade revitalised a 2.86-hectare facility, transforming it into a modern and functional space designed to support its users’ evolving needs. Completed in December 2024, the project demonstrates Ozworth Construction’s expertise in delivering efficient, sustainable, and high-quality solutions.

• Detailed demolition and remedial works involving selective strip-out of existing finishes and services, followed by precise remedial repairs to brickwork and substrates. This prepared a stable foundation for new finishes and ensured long-term structural integrity.

• Comprehensive modernisation included epoxy flooring, waterproof tiling, and upgrades to plumbing and electrical systems, enhancing durability and functionality.

• Infrastructure enhancements such as a dedicated female ablution block, improved pedestrian ramps, and upgraded lighting prioritised safety and accessibility.

• Temporary amenities and managed workflows ensured seamless operations during construction, minimising disruption.

• Environmentally responsible practices, including sustainable material selection and waste management, reflected a strong sustainability focus.
